There is often a slow repsonse time to my support questions. There is often a very basic details given about the problem and that does not answer my question. There is no human to talk to to clearify issues. It seems like there could be improvements for Canadian users. The platform is USA focused. There are features that could be automated. I think it's UI is the most accessible and easy to learn of all the major CRMs (and I've used several). The software works as expected, and allows me to manipulate my data exactly how I want to - and the mapping feature is a nice addition that I wish I used more. I use it almost every day to track my contacts, manage donations, and generally keep me and my organization on track. And the few times I have run into a problem, the customer support team has always solved it to my complete satisfaction - and the account teams go above and beyond for their clients, too.
