I like the way it helps us to organize all the documentation about any infrastructure in a very efficient way. We use it on a daily basis and it from its implementation was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like that the bulk operations were a bit easier to make, like to organize objects inside folders from a CSV for example. Basically, everything about Passportal is sub-par. It has been down numerous times in the past few years leaving people stranded without being able to access there passwords/documentation/authenticators. Documentation templates are difficult to create and not easy to structure. They are missing many features that applications like IT Glue and Hudu have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
