I like the ease of use of the product. It is very easy to use and train new techs on the products. We came from GFI MaxMail, and this product although is a bit different, does offer some great new functionality and is very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing we used a lot before was the diagnostic information in GFI MaxMail. We could get specific errors back from our mail servers on why the server rejected the message and why mail was being queued. From what I can tell, the functionality is not there in MailAssure.
