What do you like best about myBiz by MakeMyTrip?

Beat deals. Corporate fares. The fares are shown with myBiz special fares which help while booking the tickets as it includes cancellation discounts, inflight meals, special rates for pickup taxis and more. What do you like best about myBiz by MakeMyTrip?

MyBiz offers intuitive and user-friendly interface, makes it easy for us to manage and check status easily. It is very transparent to use, thus making it easier to track and record spendings including clarity for compliance. Also, the platform generates invoices and reports which simplifies reimbursement if any and auditing processing easy, saving us valuable time. Implementation is also seamless. What do you dislike about myBiz by MakeMyTrip?

While the platform is quite efficient, it could improve by adding more options for customization in it's travel policies. Customer service can be tiring sometimes when there is a huge traffic at a time. It will ensure smooth Issue resolution. While MyBiz is easy to use and has great features, I wish the free cancellation and seat selection offers were available on more flights. Right now, it’s only offered on a few, which is disappointing.

What do you like best about myBiz by MakeMyTrip?

Make my trip offers wide veriety of choices for booking flights. All airlines, all possible airports, all possible timings helps us to book business trips easily based on the need.

1. GST invoice from Make my trip comes in email without follow up

2. Downloading tickets, getting tickets on email & phone & web check in process is super smooth

3. Managing the business dasboard, adding employees, setting spending budgets & reviewing speds on the admin dashboard is very helpful.

4. When we had to book a flight for a consultant, we were not sure how to add them as employee. Customer support person helped us & resolved the same in no time.

5. Though we have not used, there are many integration possiilities to get the expenses into company accounting software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about myBiz by MakeMyTrip?

Reaaly did not find any. The User interface, fonts & font sozes can be improved to fit in more data in the screen, which should result in less scrolling & easy decision making.

The best part of myBiz for flight booking is that it offers myBiz fare which has much much lower cancellation charges and also includes meals. The myBiz page of MakeMyTrip is very easy to navigate. It makes the process of booking flights and reserving hotel accomodation very smooth. I and my colleagues are able to figure our way through the interface with not much difficulty. The feature to book on our own, gives us the flexibilty to choose our time and date of travel and we get the GST bill too. So the company has no problems with it.
