I don't have dislikes about My Learning Hub. Throughout my time using it, it was always functional, easy to understand and worked without flaw. My only improvement suggestion would be to remove the redundant notification message received when a course was completed telling me I'd passed the course! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My Leaning Hub allows our company to create visually appealing and interactive training courses with the Authoring Tool, control which interactive material should be graded, and add timed quizzes for added coaching. We were able to customize the platform to meet our needs and add our company branding logos. The MLH team helped us appropriately set up all users in the platform, has continued to offer great support for us after the initial onboarding, and is receptive to feedback. Although expiration dates can be set for courses, the user loses access to the course after the expiration date. This requires us to have to manually track if a user completed courses prior to the due dates. It would be great to see a future update add the ability to choose if the user loses access to a course past the expiration date. There are also limits on how much you can shrink some elements added to the course, which may sometimes require added creativity to accomplish a good page layout. We recently upgraded our franchise learning system to My Learning Hub for our group of over 3500 users. The user interface, ease of management, and data analytics sold us on this platform. Our previous system had a very outdated user experience, and our System Admins found themselves doing all the user maintenance for our Franchisees and their teams. Within four weeks of launching the My Learning Hub platform, we have dozens of Franchisees managing their teams by assigning them learning paths and courses and looking to promote within so that their team leaders can do the same. Personally find using the learning hub simple and easy to use for all my learning material. It's simple to follow and the content of the courses themselves are relevant and knowledgeable. I would recommend the service to other professionals who require the same training and require refreshers for the pure ease of keeping track of the courses completed and expiry dates.
