As a boutique interior design studio, we have a range of different scale projects that we need to keep track of. What I like abut MyHours is the ease of entering information, categorising tasks and running reports so that we can have a clear view of how projects are tracking. We were using a different time clock app before, this app is very user friendly, for both admin staff and field staff. Due to the size of our business we are able to use this app for free, which is a huge help to reduce our overhead costs, and much appreciated. It was a simple transition from our old system to the new, it can be hard to teach old dogs new tricks, but the guys managed to get up and running with little issues. Our payroll administrator prefers the new system as the time sheets are easy to read, and allocate the hours to the correct project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After the last update, there is a small glitch, for some reason when the field staff put in their hours on Monday, it doesn't show up, but it does on the admin side. It doesn't affect payroll but does concern the field staff a bit... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that made me go for this solution is the charts that provide insightful information on how the team is performing and costs and the integrations it has with Zappier to automate data transfer to other tools. It´s easy to use and submit multiple time logs on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I would find it useful that in the details report when you elect time logs you could see the sum of those logs in time format (e.g. 00:00) and number format (e.g. 1.5hrs) so I can sum time logs and don´t have to do it manually. This is because some tasks are divided into subtasks and I need to track them separately. Another solution is to be able to set subtasks in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After searching and trying multiple timesheet packages I found myhours to be the closest to what I need, which is a basic, easy to use web based timesheet tracking and reporting software. The customer service is great, all questions I asked were promptly answered by return email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To my knoweledge there are two teirs, a free version and a paid version. The paid version has some handy features I would like but it also has billing and invoicing which I dont require.
