**What do you like best about My Hours?**

I like the ability to enter different projects and allocate tasks so that members of staff can complete their hours. My Hours is really straightforward and easy to use; it doesn't try to overcomplicate things. I also found it very easy to set up because I could upload everything via an Excel spreadsheet, which was quite straightforward.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

The user interface is quite basic, and it is almost too basic. So it is not very easy on the eye when you're looking at it. And one problem I have come across is that you can add tasks to all different projects. But if you want to remove a task, you have to do it individually per project. And we tend to have the same tasks for every single project that we use. So when I need to remove a task, I wanna remove from all of them. And we have over 200 projects, so I have not found it's possible to do this unless I do it manually one by one. So that is very, very frustrating.

My Hours lets us track staff time efficiently, making it simple to figure out how much to invoice clients.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

I use My Hours for keeping track of my hours worked at the construction company I work for, and it also helps me keep track of the hours worked by staff on the site I manage. I love that there's no manual processing of timesheets and the data is centralized. The ability to review and track all of my tasks easily and efficiently is great. It's a clear and concise UI that saves time and effort when tracking tasks and makes it easier to report time spent on various aspects of the job. The initial setup was super easy, just like clicking a link.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I'd like to see an improved view from the mobile app that allows me to see specific tasks on a daily basis for staff.

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use My Hours to track work hours, replacing manual timesheets and centralizing data. It saves time and effort in tracking tasks and simplifies reporting on job activities.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

I find My Hours easy to use for timesheet tracking, as it allows me to easily input hours, track projects and tasks, and review and approve my staff's timesheets. I appreciate that it doesn't require constant time monitoring but can be manually input, which is convenient. I also like the seamless approval process and the ability to add projects and tasks manually. The support staff have been very helpful in answering any questions, and the online tutorial was great, making it easy to get started.

I use My Hours for easy timesheet tracking, including inputting hours and tracking projects. It simplifies reviewing and approving timesheets with a seamless approval process and allows manual project and task addition.

So far, we don’t have anything negative to say about My Hours.

My Hours provides a more accurate way to account for labour hours on a project. Because it updates in real time, invoicing is more efficient and easier to keep on track.

I find My Hours easy to use, which makes time tracking for my team straightforward. I also appreciate the pricing model. The customer support is great, and the initial setup was extremely easy.

Not sure, to be honest. Woks well for our needs.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

As a boutique interior design studio, we have a range of different scale projects that we need to keep track of. What I like abut MyHours is the ease of entering information, categorising tasks and running reports so that we can have a clear view of how projects are tracking.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

On timesheets: I'd like to be able to 'enter' to fill in the next project field instead of it going to the time field.

When the teams integration stops working but can easily use the website in the meantime.

Ability to set alerts when approaching to the project budget at all levels.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

Need to set the Task field as mandatory at Project level. It's only at System level.

Let our consultants to enter their timesheets in an accurate and friendly way. Let the Project Managers to prevent overbudget issues and analyze the current billable hours at all levels.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

Every time I’ve asked for help, they’ve responded quickly and efficiently. 
The application is designed to fit the workflow and logic of CPA firms, and very easy to use. Our office needs it every day.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

The invoice generation and billing features are basic. I would like to see additional functionality, such as an AR system and the ability to customize invoice items.

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It would help us better view employee hours, making it easier to track costs.
Employee expenses would also be easier to view, making it more convenient for the payroll department to reference for reimbursements.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

Ability to have different users and control settings for different user levels. Easy to generate reports with different filters. Easy web interface. Easy to add and edit Clients and their projects. Onboarding and implementing new staff is easy. Easy to enter hours on a daily basis. Ability to set budget for individuals / clients / by type, etc..
Fast customer service.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

Too many Clients and Projects show up when tracking hours.

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking our team's time spent on each clients and projects. Allows us to budget and invoice correctly.
