My Hours is really straightforward and easy to use; it doesn't try to overcomplicate things. I also found it very easy to set up because I could upload everything via an Excel spreadsheet, which was quite straightforward. **What do you dislike about My Hours?** The user interface is quite basic, and it is almost too basic. So it is not very easy on the eye when you're looking at it. And one problem I have come across is that you can add tasks to all different projects. But if you want to remove a task, you have to do it individually per project. And we tend to have the same tasks for every single project that we use. So when I need to remove a task, I wanna remove from all of them. And we have over 200 projects, so I have not found it's possible to do this unless I do it manually one by one. So that is very, very frustrating. **What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?** My Hours lets us track staff time efficiently, making it simple to figure out how much to invoice clients. ### 2.
