What do you like best about Muster?

The ease of use and the all-inclusive pricing. We had been using another platform for many years and every time we wanted to do something a little different, it seemed it was an added cost. Muster really understands what we need and have made it extremely user-friendly and streamlined. What do you dislike about Muster?

What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggle to get our members engaged in our advocacy efforts. In the past, with our old grassroots messaging platform, we had to really work to get people to send emails or call their legislators at the proper time to help our lobbyists on the front lines. One of the first Action Alerts we sent with Muster garnered 1,000 responses and emails to legislators -- a new record for our organization. And this was on an issue that we've dealt with repeatedly over the last few years. Since then, we continue to post record-setting response rates on our alerts. What do you like best about Muster?

Muster provides us with excellent campaign setup capabilities for our advocacy campaigns. We can email our list or reference a URL in separate email system and it automatically sends the email to the right Member of Congress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed to really get our members to engage legislators here in Ohio. Muster is definitely the answer. Within 1 hour a Senate Subcommitee on Health & Medicaid had all received over 20 emails from supporters of our bill. It is so much fun to see the emails being sent and the totals going up!
