What do you like best about Munshify CRM?

Munshify’s Lead Bio feature is great, it provides me with all possible engagements a lead has had with my business. I can always make an appeal from their interests or get to know more about the recipient and tend to make it more likely for their response to convert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Munshify CRM?

I can’t fine-tune it to the extent where I can read out the necessary data fields that I require. Without this level of detail I find it difficult to pinpoint these gaps in my own sales plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Munshify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
