Have been using MRPEasy for over 7 years now and it has helped our business greatly. Production is now far better managed along with stock control and purchasing. It takes a a bit getting used to, like all software, but it's worth the effort.
The customer support is excellent and the team respond well to ideas for features, where possible adding functionality at our suggestion
Integration with Xero was a simple process and went without a hitch. We used to spend all our time in Xero handling invoicing and purchasing, but now these are far better handled in MRPEasy. The CRM feature is basic, but for us does all we need saving us paying for features with another provider that we'd never use.
The greatest benefit for us is the multi-level bill of matierials capability and breaking manufacturing into multiple assemblies and sub-assemblies, all tied in with tight stock control, purchase ordering and traceability of parts used in all products.
Though it's advertised for 10+ employees, I find it works for 1+ as it helps keep track of eveything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing to really dislike about it. As with ALL MRP products there is a learning curve and it takes time to build up data in the system to achieve its full potential. But, the more you put into it the beter it gets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The perfect solution for small and medium-sized production
We have been using MRPeasy in our terrace production for half a year now, and during this time the system has become an indispensable tool for managing all processes. If you are looking for an affordable but powerful automation solution, this is exactly what you need!
1.The interface is intuitive even for those who are far from IT. The setup took a minimum of time, and employee training took literally a couple of days.
2. MRPeasy covers everything: from production planning and procurement management to inventory control and efficiency analysis. You no longer need to switch between a dozen programs - everything in one place.
3. The system itself generates purchase orders, calculates task deadlines and warns of possible failures. This reduced the number of errors by 30% and saved many working hours.
4. You can work from any device, which is especially valuable for remote managers and workshop foremen.
5. The customer service team responds instantly, even to the most tricky questions.
Thanks to MRPeasy, we reduced order fulfillment time by 25%, improved inventory control (no more surpluses or shortages) and increased process transparency for the entire team. Financial reports are now generated in a couple of clicks, which has simplified communication with investors.
MRPeasy is not just software, but a reliable partner for growth. The system is ideal for companies that want to scale without unnecessary complications and costs. I definitely recommend it!
P.S. If in doubt, try the free demo period. I'm sure you'll be as impressed as we were! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there are some planning points that I need, but they are not in the program yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about MRPeasy is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It covers all the essential features I need to manage my manufacturing processes, from inventory tracking to order management, without overwhelming me with complexity. The support team is also a standout—they are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful when I need assistance. The combination of powerful functionality and great customer service at a reasonable price makes MRPeasy the perfect solution for my small e-commerce business. One area I find a bit tricky is the master forecasting feature, as I'm not the most tech-savvy. It can be a little challenging to navigate, but I’m confident that if I scheduled a call, their support team would be more than willing to help me out, given how responsive and helpful they've been in the past. The customization is amazing, the modules for specific journal entries/ tracking categories are succinct. The integration works well overall but it would be nice to see the transparency of the journal entries and to see what builds the entries. The implementation is difficult due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service for the partner program is not as good. Also hard to get anyone on the phone as they provide online ticket support only. It would be good if we could also pull reports or customize them easier.
Being able to quickly see job costing per project or customer or progress billing would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration and automation with our sytems are AMAZING! Ease of Use and Implementation was easy with MRPeasy. Customer Support was very helpful. Automation and frequency of use allows us to streamline so much. Efficient use of time elsewhere instead of manual input is a god-send. Great Manufacturing System for our small business. At the moment, everything is running smoothly. No issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our system-agnostic manufacturing consulting practice helps manufacturers of all sizes select, implement, and operate ERP systems. MRPeasy continues to provide the highest bang per buck for small manufacturers. The system has evolved to provide a comprehensive and integrated solution that covers purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, sales, and accounting.
Features that stand out are:
-- easy to use; user-friendly
-- actual costing (rather than standard costing)
-- material lot traceability is standard out-of-the-box
-- shop floor interface for labor reporting is clean and simple
-- material requirements are easily converted to POs or MOs
-- customer support via the in-system ticketing system is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was able to recursively auto-create MOs for subassemblies at lower BOM levels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent functionality, with very clearly laid out screens and user-friendly set-up. The help on each screen and on-line user documentation is excellent - the best I have seen on any software, comprehensive and well-written. Importing and exporting data is also clear and straightforward. The pre-built integrations (eg with Xero) work instantly. For SMEs (and larger companies too), MRPeasy can be a fantastic solution. There really are few downsides. The functionality is comprehensive, but there's a limit to how you can configure it if you want to do something in a particular way. However, the Support team are receptive to requests for new developments. It's important to bear in mind that there is one version of the software, so you can't modify it yourself, and stay on a version while the main product moves to later versions. This is a plus point, because it means all customers benefit from new features as soon as they are live. Although many organisations can implement without any support, make sure you are 100% clear on how to set up your configuration, because you may not do so in the most effective way and this may mean you won't get the best out of it. (I'm offering this advice objectively, having helped many companies implement MRPeasy.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We came to MRPeasy after using KatanaMRP for several years. MRPeasy was a lot cleaner than Katana in regard to bugs we were running into at the time. It was rather easy to learn for an MRP system and the support and tutorials are pretty thorough in explaining how things work. It's been a while since we switched, but I also recall the tutorial pages being rather consice which helped keep the migration from becomming too overwhemling.
I love the plans and options offered through MRPe, we run 2 main workshops and have 3 contract manufacturing locations plus warehouses. The ability to add unlimited locations on our specific plan and seemlessly transfer stock is nice. Also the search suggestions are a real timesaver when it comes to finding and linking products in the text fields, especially as the catalog grows and you start having trouble remembering the full names/SKUs/product ID codes.
Support has been very attentive as well and respond quickly and with detailed responses.
The free demo is very nice as well. It took me only half of one full day using it to figure out that this was going to be a better and more cost effective software to use for our day to day.
Inventory and SKU cost tracking is very good, we experience no bugs. It's very nice being able to log in an very quickly see inventory values by SKU/location/lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While support is good, the software seems somewhat rigid. I kind of expect that at this price point, we're probably going to be looking for workarounds to unique, complex situations. I'm not sure if this is by design but for instance you cannot re-add stock back to existing lots as other reviewers have mentioned, you have to create new lots. Support explains that the requirement of creating new stock lots is designed to help track the movement of inventory (as opposed to batch numbers) and where it has been. Recognizing the usefulness of that information, there are limited circumstances where adding new stock lots for returned materials from production or contract manufacturers can sometimes be tricky.
Also, it can be a little bit of a pain figuring out how to add stock to manufacturing orders requiring it on the production planning pages. This is one of the very few areas that KatanaMRP was better with. For instance if you need 10 subs to make a widget at site A, and you are missing stock of a sub, but have the sub/part in warehouse site B, it's not as simple as just making a transfer order and having the manufacturing order update. You need to change or delete the MO, then remake it to get it to update. However, support was very knowledgable about this and provided excellent advice with easy to follow work around instructions.
As a disclosure, we were offered an incentive as customers for contributing an honest review. There may be better options out there, but MRPeasy makes works for us at the current $99 enterprise plan price. We would recommend at least trying out the free demo for businesses looking for an MRP. Details. Details matter when your tracking inventory and Production. MRPeasy offers plenty of details from BOM's, Customer Orders, Shipping, Purchace orders and accounting. It seems like i am discovering new ways to manage and track the details of the business everytime i use MRPeasy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve, with all those details it takes time to learn how and which details you need or want to implement. There are so many options it requires time to understand how everything fits together so that you are able to manage your business the way you need too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

System provides pegging of supply to specific demand lots. This allows for detailed planning and execution on complex bill of materials.
Easy import and export functions which help with initial implementation and ongoing maintenance.
We use the software throughout our day.
Support tickets allow for customer technical support and enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration to the accounting system is extra effort. We duplicate the purchase order and work order data entry into both systems manually. As long as we do that the systems stay in sync well enough. We refresh the MRPeasy inventory data once every 3 months to clear our shipped sales orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is interconnected. Stock movements, procurement, etc. automatically reflect in other departments and accounting.
The built in support for integrations is a game-changer if you have a webstore.
It's a great balance between price and functionality.
Intuitive user interface once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a self-service software so the implementation was a little bit overwhelming at first. But when we appointed one person in charge of bringing us over to the new system, it went pretty smoothly. Thankfully, the support team is very responsive and MRPeasy.com has a super-detailed user manual to help the implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
