It is easy to add people to the roster and there are a lot of features that we use on a daily basis. Our company is open 24/7 and we are always using it. It rarely crashes and customer service usually responds quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every once in a while it will crash, but again customer service is quick to respond. When shifts are removed, it creates an automatic bid, which can be annoying as we then have to remember to go in and delete the bid before an agent bids on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
