So far I've used only for web/video conferencing. I like that after starting the session, as the host you immediately have access to a log of those people that have signed onto the web portion and those who have called in to the audio portion. I find it to be very user friendly and it's easy to have private chats within the session, and to share your desktop.

I also like that it's easy to integrate with Outlook and I can create both the web conferencing session and the outlook invite in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only thing that hasn't worked well for us is the use of the software whiled logged onto VPN. However, I still don't know if this is an internal issue within our network, or just something that happens when using this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
