MiVoice Business is one of the best available communication platforms.
It is easy to install and a user friendly software.
It provides best calling and messaging services.
The quality of audio is high.
It has many other features like Bluetooth pairing, USB, Screensaver etc.

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

Honestly, I have not directly used the software. But I have seen my friend using it and I liked the software very much. But the only thing to dislike is its cost.

It is really helpful in getting in touch with our connections with a single click. It is quick access to just send a small chat or to ask updates from colleagues on the ongoing project.

**What do you like best about MiVoice Business?**

MiVoice business is very simple to install. It provides built in team collaboration facilities to its users. It also has a great mobile application for its users. Its contact search shows options and makes your tasks much simpler. It provides different views within the dashboard. Admins can easily toggle between the two to perform all the needed tasks. It is highly reliable service which allows you to view your call log remotely using the mobile app and transfer the calls as well.

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

MiVoice is not very economical especially for small sized businesses and startups. It requires you to configure the setup on your own. It offers different pricing models to suit you but none of them is economical enough for small sizes businesses. Its customer support is not very robust and efficient either. The company does not provide efficient technical support either once you’re done with purchasing and installing the product.

It is also a very user friendly tool.

MiVoice is a robust traditional phone solution that offers comprehensive contact center services. The system is available in the cloud, as an on-premises system or as a hybrid that combines the two. There are multiple service plans that give businesses the flexibility to ensure each employee has the features and tools they need to best support their job responsibilities. It is also a very user friendly tool.

**What do you like best about MiVoice Business?**

MiVoice business is very user friendly and does not require any special equipment to be installed.
 It offers an uptime of between 99.97 and 100 percent. If the uptime drops below 99.99 percent, customers are eligible for credits on future bills. It offers a comprehensive set of tools for calling, collaborating and mobility administration. It also has contact center features and tools that make it an amazing option for many companies.Its very easy to use.


**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

MiVoice Business may end up giving you constant programming, hearing, sound and equipment issues.
it is not at all an economical option for most small sized companies. Its customer service is not very robust in solving your problems either. Its dashboard may seem really messy and over whelming to its users. MiVoice doesn’t provide any online training or tutorials either to help their customers either.

MiVoice Business is packed of amazing features. It offers several performance analytics tools as well that constantly keep a check on the performance of the system. The tools provide thorough monitoring and analysis of your systems and can detect when a voice quality problem is occurring. Thus this helps in identifying and resolving the problem before it can affect the clients.

Mivoice business provides best messaging, calls and other mobility services for collaborating for
organisation and it is user friendly. It helps in collaborating with other applications as well. It never
misses a single call from customer. It is flexible for all time mode either day or night. It is flexible to
deploy. It provides single platform for all solutions. It provides one touch Bluetooth paring and perfect
integration with our mobile devices. It provides high quality HD audio , voicemails and meet me
conferencing.

Mivoice business software does not provide you multiple logins from different devices at a time like
other software. Takes a lot of time in setting up for your features. The more features you need the more
time will be consumed while setting up things for first time.

Mivoice business features help you in enhancement for customer relationships by chats , calls and
emails . It is profitable for business to meet their needs in a single site. It provides flexible deployment
because does not need many multiple appliances to support. It supports both large and small
enterprises. It supports cloud based deployment as well. It is very easy to use and for transferring calls
from mobile devices by only single log in and log out.

When a company decides to look for a good software that can link together all communications and still be user friendly, Micollab is the one to choose. Seeing who is calling your phone on your screen and right clicking the contact to be able to call is so easy. 

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

I would definitely recommend more options to filter the contact you have. Not only alphabetical, but by Last Online or most interacted with. Also, to create archives for the chat history.

It is an all inclusive, chat, call tracking and phone integration.

It is time saving to look for a phone number who called you or a piece of information in a chat history. You don't have to keep the windows open to know the info will still be there.

 MIVoice business is a cover-all and a flexible solution for the better business communication.  It has the compatibility with the featured IP phones. Bluetooth, USB port, Screen saver and many more features are available in it.  It can be managed by web.  Mi-voice has dynamic extension. It Encouraging business phone system.

MIVoice business do not have a hand shaking business Bureau license.  Its plans are costly. Sometimes its ACD and contact center agents are not logged in as ACD’s.
It finds the needs of integral companies rather than one area.

The UC frameworks' usability. It's so natural to utilize the telephone or get data, just from the PC screen. One scarcely ever get the telephone handset by any chance.

This seems like a good way to set a status and IM people within an organization.

Overall this system was kind of intimidating to set-up so I just don't use it. I'd much prefer to just use slack.

I have not came across any cons using MiCollab as of yet. I can only use it at work.

MiCollab makes it easy to see who called, gather messages, and communicate with people I know that use MiCollab as well as those that do not.

The quality of the call is sometimes lackluster, and sometimes figuring out the privacy parts of the product take time.

Make sure you actually need it and that you've considered the more expensive and less expensive options.

Clear audio quality. Web based collaboration tool and it is very easy to connect via audio with internal partners (directory is clear). One could also use features such as uploading files or recording conversation. Also useful that I can see online status of all my contacts in directory.

Calling external stakeholders is more challenging if the other party does not use the software. I find this most effective tool amongst colleagues who have easy access to micollab

With staff turnover the contact details can easily become out of date and confusing as users do not update their own info.

Mitel can do so much more than just manage my phone.  I'm very impressed by its functionality

I need it to talk to me and remind me more.  I need intergration with outlook to be a bit more seamless

**What do you like best about MiVoice Business?**

So far I've used only for web/video conferencing.  I like that after starting the session, as the host you immediately have access to a log of those people that have signed onto the web portion and those who have called in to the audio portion.  I find it to be very user friendly and it's easy to have private chats within the session, and to share your desktop.
I also like that it's easy to integrate with Outlook and I can create both the web conferencing session and the outlook invite in one.

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

Only thing that hasn't worked well for us is the use of the software whiled logged onto VPN.  However, I still don't know if this is an internal issue within our network, or just something that happens when using this software.

**Recommendations to others considering MiVoice Business:**

Definitely give it a try.  From my perspective this feels more up to date and less clunky than our previous software.

**What problems is MiVoice Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have MiCollab for phone, and we were also paying for separate software for Web/video conferencing.  That other software worked ok, but definitely left a lot to be desired.  At some point we discovered that the account we already had with MiCollab also came with web/video conferencing, and we are now saving money thanks to MiCollab!

**What do you like best about MiVoice Business?**

I like that the Mitel Micollab allows us to do so many things.  We can set up recurring or individual conference calls, we can use the chat (instant messanger) function, or we have regular VOIP phone service.  It works great and is easy to use.  I did not do the IT portion of the setup, but I am the person who sets up the phones and systems for new users, and the setup is simple - just plug it in!! User instructions are quite easy for staff to follow when it comes to voicemail, messaging, etc. and the actual hard copy guide has step by step instructions you can just pass on.

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

The three way calling feature is a little difficult, so to combat that we use the conference call setup, and that way it allows for others to join as needed with the conference code.

**Recommendations to others considering MiVoice Business:**

I recommend this software for anyone with multiple offices that want streamlined uninterrupted communication services - from VOIP to chat to conference calls.

We are able to collaborate without moving from our space.  The chat/instant messenger function is especially awesome because you can transfer files through it, set up calls, record, etc.

The softphone app is a very handy feature as I spend a lot of time away from my desk.

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

This is the most complicated phone system that could possibly exist. The phones themselves are very complicated to set up and use plus the online portal is essentially useless you also pay for tech support. It has taken over a month for them to simply help me monify our call tree and add on-hold music with a message. The on-hold music still has not been implimented.

**Recommendations to others considering MiVoice Business:**

My advice is to use a different service altogether. Don't waste your time and energy being frustrated with Mitel.

It is supposed to be a simple call tree phone system that can be managed in-house however that is very much not the case and our company has not benefited from using it.

I love that you can quick dial by highlighting a number and pushing a button. Makes life so easy!

Not much to dislike. Its actually a very smooth tool for us to use.

Solving the ability to reach teammates quickly by simply typing in their names. It makes it easier to get a hold of them so we don't have to memorize everyone's extensions.

I like that I can use the service across multiple platforms. It allows flexibility in an ever-changing environment. I can use the service on my cell phone, computer and landline handset.

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

There are a few hiccups in the system that I have run into when trying to communicate with others within my organization. Mitel has a little ways to go when it comes to seamless communication.

I think this system is a beneficial step towards streamlinging communication, especially when working remotely.

This system has helped tremendously with working remotely. If I need to be out of the office, this system helps to solve problems that used to arise with our old system. I am able to stay in touch with the office and not miss important calls/messages.

I am unable to chat. It says I'm offline. They had someone come look at it and it still does not work.

Mi support is a quality team which help user and customer to do their best with their products. If they feel any difficulty ... They can contact anytime ... 24/7 without any hesitation...

Mi is good for its product as well as best support for its product too.

So from my side justo ahead for it. This is the company which will never avoid or ignopre you. They will be with you untill your problem is not sorted out. Best of luck !!

Actually there is a small dislike. If Mi can help 24 /7 email support they should start chat support so that any urgent customer can get help easily.

Otherwise the services are best ... No other losing of hating... I love them .. !!

Yes I will recommend it to the fullest to each and every Mi user .. 

Mi contact support will not let you down 
.. you will feel higher and higher with it.

We at our company uses Mi as our main product. Everybody uses Mi and get access to Mi help centre with vet ease.

Benefits are a lot to say but better if we personally explore them with a great love and dedication. ...

If you are not aware hoy to access you can just search it on Google and first result will redirect ot Mi contact centre.

Mitel is great for something things, and we use it in many different ways. I like the audio portion best as it’s simple and gets the job done in quick communication. 

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

Technology always has its glitches which is frustrating. Sometimes it won’t always connect from those instances but overall we are normally able to correct it.

**Recommendations to others considering MiVoice Business:**

I think its important in any technology application to always keep abreast troubleshooting for glitches. In a communication world things need to be able to be streamlined without fault which can definitely be hard as things well.. glitch.

We use this to communicate with other companies, vendors, even families. Technology has come a long way and has made communication easier.

The startup of it. I does take a while to log me in when I start my computer in the morning. Also sometimes I am unable t log in at all so it leads me to call support for help

I recommend it for a large company, but not for personal consumer use. Don't get me wrong its great, but with the support from a large company your better off using it through them than on your own.

just giving support the issues that we have and for them to better help trouble shoot it. I have realized once I do get get help, the issue is resolved. but it shouldn't have to be like that.

I like that I can stay in touch with coworkers from all over the country in real time without having to pick up the phone, or use Mitel to contact them via phone without memorizing extensions or keeping an extensive phonebook.

**What do you like best about MiVoice Business?**

Call handling features allows you to push and configure where you want your extension or DID directed to very easily. Creation of new statuses for quick changing of call routing helps a lot! Once set up it is easy to use but can be frustrating when you get a new phone or if your phone crashes. 

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

Cell phone app - it does not push the instant messages as well as it should. It would be nice to see the instant messages that are on the computer also appear on the phone app. Even when switching the desktop app to send to mobile - they still don't appear on the mobile app. If you don't have the mobile app open it wont ring through the mobile app. The mobile app still needs a lot of addressing. Also - would be nice if the desktop app allowed faxing and sms texting through it, competitors have had this for years unless its our org that does not have it yet.  Also the set up of the mobile app is not user friendly at all - if you get a new phone or have to do a hard reset on your phone you have to go through an entire process to get it re-deployed on your phone. It can literally take days to get this done. Would be nice if you could just login using your credentials like every other phone software out there!

We provide management services to other companies so being able to tenant the softphones has solved a big problem for us. We were having to purchase hard phones for every user when most just needed the app on the phone or desktop for call center type of work.

**What do you like best about MiVoice Business?**

I have used MiCollab for chatting and making phone calls, but it really lacks in user customization as far as font choice, window color, etc, go. Paired with Mitel phones, checking missed calls and voicemails is pretty easy, and the directory list makes it easy to call anyone in the company without having to look up their extension. 

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

Older versions generally didn't want to play nice with Windows updates, so in order to have MiCollab work, we needed to stop a lot of Windows updates from rolling out. That seems to have been fixed in 7.2, and we haven't had an issue with Microsoft's CUs for Windows 7 or 10 interfering with MiCollab operation yet.

**Recommendations to others considering MiVoice Business:**

The real-time access to everyone in the organization regardless of location  will help make everyone's days more efficient! Mitel MiCollab Client is the perfect addition to all MiVoice phones. If you're looking for an advanced Unified Communications solution Mitel's MiCollab Client will get you there. The client works great on your PC, MAC, or smart device!

**What problems is MiVoice Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my favorite features is Exchange calendar integration that shows everyone else on MiCollab when my next appointment is so they know when not to call. I would like to see more customization options, though, so that MiCollab would work better with inverted or high-contrast color schemes.

I love the mitel chat feature. We use it frequently while on the line with a customer that may have talked to another agent. I also enjoy the ability to transfer, swap and connect calls using my desktop. We also utilize the note feature to keep track of who is in or out of the office which is great when a customer is requesting a specific agent.

**What do you dislike about MiVoice Business?**

We have outages quite often. There have been many instances of our history being blank for days at a time (not showing previous callers) we often need to look back at the caller list to retrieve phone numbers and time of call and it can be frustrating to open the tab to find calls from last week and nothing recent.

Fast efficient communication that allows us to keep up with other agents at satellite location.

The best thing so far about Mitel is the solid connection. The last system we used had a lot of issues with audio quality and mis-routing. We have not had these issues at all with Mitel.
