Seth Hanisek is a master trainer for Hotdocs - not only does he have a firm grasp of the program, but he has clearly trained so many other people that he has mastered how to teach it. I wish I had booked an hour of his time at the beginning of my project, an hour in the middle, rather than waiting until my project is almost finished to seek out help. I wish Hotdocs did a better job of advertising the fact that Hotdocs Academy and the online guides are really not adequate for learning how to program efficiently.
