I dislike that this software is so expensive. This is the main reason why my team switched to zoom. Mitel was used by my team because it was an excellent software but if we could do the project over again, we would use Zoom or Discord to conduct our meetings. Both Zoom and Discord have an adequate amount of good features that are relevant to us for free. Why pay for a collaboration software if you can do others for free? we are newly looking after to use this tool it is a bit complicated for new users signup policies because it is not appearing on the home screen which is not a good idea in the market.
