If/when we have issues with the software, it is sometimes difficult to get the right support. However, Aprika is one of the more responsive orgs when it comes to needing to reach out for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mission Control is full of features, what potentially can acommodate any project work from small, to big, but for someone who is not a project manager it might be hard to get head around all of the available features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good parts of MC:

- ability to add in custom fields as suitable for us

- significant flexibility in type of fields we can set up

- great collection of documentation to help us along

- noticeable feature improvements over time (some of which were on our requested list)

- advanced project management features (which we're not taking full advantage of)

- ability to change things (e.g. project title) without all links/associations breaking

Downsides of MC:

- it is limited to the Salesforce environment; i.e. we can't use MC outside salesforce

- there's no functionality to store billable rates as a function of time (i.e. one rate for 2020, another rate for 2021), and calculate project finances accordingly

- lack of transparency on how values for managed fields are calculated

- no inbulilt ability to review project expenses on an ex-tax basis (we've created custom fields for this)

- (may be a salesforce limitation): no ability to format field titles and text areas - e.g. if we want to highlight (or colour code) an important (but not compulsory) field, there's no functionality for this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An all-encompassing tool that has great reporting capabilities and quick insights into projects. I also like the training videos and knowledge base for when I need to reference questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it would be a bit easier to set up if it went through a questionnaire of exactly what the needs of the business are instead of making all available at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product doesn't generally return to the past view when changing from doing one undertaking to the past. I would say the Gantt graph is somewhat hard to use with respect to course of events altering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The control panel makes it very easy to clone project templates and spin up new programs/projects very quickly. There are a lot of features available to us in the product, some of which we plan to use right away, and others we may grow into over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you can figure out reporting, the ability to drill down into tiny segments is possible.

Automation for Project Creation is a nice new feature.

It's difficult to navigate creating reports; things can be very granular and almost too configurable.

We've been using Mission Control for just on two years and without a doubt it's best feature is the fact that it's built on the Salesforce system so we have perfect connectivity and visibility across sales, marketing, operations and finance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
