Ability to manage projects deliverables, deadlines, and allocation of staff. We also love the flexibility to manage costing the way we want as well as retainer contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing much we don't like but we would love to see an option to plan resources capacity without having to create actions. For example: being able to schedule people at a high level against a project even though milestones and actions have not been created yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are in the early days of using the system so there is nothing that springs immediately to mind. The only challenge is having Salesforce implemented by one partner whilst Mission Control do there stuff and this can lead to conflicts in the functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data model and user interface is really well thought out, there are a few little enhancements I'd like to see but overall it really enhances the overall Salesforce experience and makes it possible to run a professional services business on Salesforce. Some functionality such as task creation and gantt charts doesn't feel as smooth as other cloud tools but understand it's partially limited by Salesforce UI capabilities. I love the flexibility and the way MC integrates with our other processes. MC gives you many ways to manage a project and your assigned tasks. The Timesheet entry tab gives you a simple overall view or your tasks with a simple way to record time.
