Support is awesome, the most responsive support so far. I like how it's integrated with Salesforce, easy to manage and deploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Manage Rates button on Projects could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many technical flaws, but the support team are on the spot to help, when you find them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not only is the product is easy to use, but it's also packed out with functionality that is continually evolving. The accompanying Release Notes are straightforward to read and digest - especially for a non-technical person. Everytime I think 'I wish the product had this', it usually turns up in the next upgrade as if they've read my mind. The support team take the time to explain queries, and are on-hand to help if required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really.. I find it very straightforward and, as mentioned above, if we need something then the feedback is usually taken onboard quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a Salesforce ISV we love that Mission Control is a native Salesforce application. The application is a robust project management solution. Presently, we have not even scratched the surface of what it can do for us, and I look forward to continuing to mature our process using Mission Control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ideally, we would be able to easily collaborate with our customers on project plans. While the Salesforce platform allows for this level of enhancement, this is not an out of the box feature of Mission Control. I hope this is something that will be on the Mission Control product roadmap in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mission Control provides an excellent set of tools for managing projects within the Salesforce Ecosystem. The team at Aprika (makers of Mission Control) are always quick to respond to questions to help you use the tool. Mission Control was easy to "turn-on" and immediately start using. Being integrated with Salesforce allows endless customization to suit your needs. Mission Control has a wealth of training videos, which I highly recommend that you watch as many as possible. Being able to link and reference different Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, etc) allows extremely powerful reporting and tracking. Additionally, since the Mission Control application is built on Salesforce Objects, it is very easy to display data in excel for reporting and tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides of Mission Control are it's complexity, and features which may not be useful but are still there. It took us a while to determine what features of the tools we had the time/ability to integrate into our workflow. There are a ton of bells and whistles that larger project management teams will love, but with a dedicated PM, the complexity can weigh down the day to day tasks. The billable/non-billable functionality was too cumbersome for our team to use for the way to manage projects, but I can see where it would be useful. We are a small company (<15 PPL), and without a dedicated PM we had to be selective of the features we wanted to use. We also have up to 45 projects running at any time, so we needed to get our process as lean and concise as possible. There was a learning curve from that standpoint. Once we stripped down some of the more advanced features, we have an excellent tool that my entire team can use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mission Control is native to Salesforce, so that makes it really easy to manage all of my projects in one place. I have the flexibility to be able to create automation and reporting around different aspects of my projects, which gives my team the tools they need to be more productive. You do need an understanding of Salesforce to be able to effectively use Mission Control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We found the ability to link from opportunities in Salesforce onto creating projects that provides the full flow of winning an opportunities right through to managing the project. The ability for staff to record timesheets to the project and then Project Managers can easily keep track of how their project is on budget or more resource required. Only dislike we have, which may be us not fully deploying the right knowledge is the timesheet module has both billable and Non-billable which as we only charge time out as billable some staff members get confused with the two boxes and leads to manual corrections by administrators. I like how Mission Control is at its core still Salesforce - the data structure behind the scenes is very logical, and we've easily been able to still customise where we've needed to. But then it also adds very cool custom functionality - such as the Scheduler and Timesheet - that we could never have created ourselves. Our users find it a seamless experience to be moving between what Salesforce already does and what Mission Control now does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is not necessarily a criticism of the product, but in order to deploy, Mission Control forced us to understand our own business better than we ever had to before, or else we could not have begun to implement. We had to spend time and ask a lot of questions of ourselves and our own processes before we could even commence. As a result though we now understand our own business much better and have created a lot of new uniform processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how organised I can be with a project and weekly stakeholder reporting is a breeze where I can let my stakeholders know exactly where a project (or multiple projects) are at instantly. I also love the support video's that display the existing functionality and new feature releases (rather than reading through release notes, the video's are extremely helpful and also a great self paced learning tool particularly for on-boarding of new staff). Mission Control support is second to none. We have always found that Colin is extremely helpful and responsive to all of our queries. Colin even took the time whilst he was in Brisbane to come and meet with my team to help them with adoption when we first implemented Mission Control. Very happy customer !!! Nothing really ... I find Mission Control an excellent project management tool that is very intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrates tightly with our Salesforce implementation and allows us to standardise and track many of our processes. Aprika customised some functions for us and are always responsive if any changes or assistance is required. So many features, we barely even scratch the surface with this tool. We are still using Salesforce Classic and it works perfectly. Setup of new project templates is easily done by our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adding a new user can be a little tricky sometimes adding a licence, permission set and a role - would be good if this could be automated with a wizard. But understandable given the level of control it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
