What do you like best about MiloCRM?

I liked about MiloCRM was the quality of the lead capture options. I found helpful was the integration, which allowed leads to be automatically fetched from sources such as social media and landing pages in comparison to my previous CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MiloCRM?

The prime drawback that I faced with MiloCRM was it was not very effective in terms of reporting. This made it difficult to come up with specific and detailed changes to make on my marketing endeavours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MiloCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

MiloCRM was useful in enhancing my capturing of leads, which in one way or the other saved me a lot of time. A CRM should offer a clear view of the customer path and this aspect was not fulfilled in MiloCRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
