What do you like best about Mikogo?

It is affordable and works. It isn’t trying to be the all-in-one business operations solution like Teams or Zoom, it does one job very well (better than Zoom or Teams, imo). And that job, is share screens and resources for helpdesk purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mikogo?

I have had some users wary of the fact that it is a “foreign” product (made and hosted in Germany, we operate int eh USA). But, everything is secure and we have not had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mikogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mikogo allows me to see someone else’s screen, what issues they are experiencing, and remotely operate the computer on the fly. Because of the client we deal with, having a permanently installed application on all their computers just isn’t feasible, but Mikogo is web-based, and they do not need to maintain any software on their end outside of our session. What do you like best about Mikogo?

Mikogo is an intuitive application that allows you to have full access control of the computer to which the connection was requested. I like that you have available tools like screenshots, pizzarra to draw and chat, that allow me to manipulate my session completely. I also like that it is available in several languages, since we work with foreign clients on occasion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool will be of great help to give remote support to your customers. It has a great business approach for its features and price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mikogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mikogo has helped me to facilitate the presentation of the projects we carry out in the organization, where I have been able to present myself as a host by sharing my screen in a connection with multiple clients, using tools to draw, take screenshots or communicate with them via chat. What do you like best about Mikogo?

For a small to medium sized firm (say no more than 150-200 employees), with a limited clientele outreach, Mikogo is a great choice to share screens. Great for business collaboration, video conferencing, and both with minimal lag time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mikogo?

For the limited amount of extra features, that could have been added (I.e. volume mods), the subscription prices seem a bit steep. Joint ID’s for session not always recognized properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don’t have much to compare to, but has suited well so far for web conferencing and screen collaboration needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
