The ability to create your own SQL Reports is a big advantage. Not all system reports are quite what you need so this enables live, accurate data to be exported (Office 365 etc). It suited our business without the need for expensive modifications and tweaks. That cannot be said of many rivals. One of my favourite features is the quoting module....you build the quote just as you would make the part and then fire off your RFQ. Once you've got the order the hard work (in the office at least) is done, as you can create the sales order direct from the RFQ & utilise the quote info to produce a detailed work order with all notes and processes completed. MieTrak is packed with many great features to simplify day to day tasks.

It is excellent for tracking and monitoring jobs.

maintaining inventory and creating worksheets to simplify the deletion of unrequired information.

MieTrak also has an excellent group of support consultants who are very knowledgeable in the software as well as scripting.

I learn something new each and every time I jump on a call with their support group. Very patient individuals who are ready to address each and every concern you have without cutting you short.

I cant really say that there is much that I dislike about the ERP but if I had to point something out I would say:

I wish there was a possibility to pick and choose more column options in all reports. In particular to the inventory qty report. I wish there was a column for receive dates.

another concern, if there was a way to limit procurement to create items to a set of item types and have a prompt window pop up and ask "are you sure you want to create this item" another window "Are you sure this item is to be inventoried?" a lot of the time, my procurement team forgets to remove the tick on inventory item and this tends to goof up the inventory when receiving.
