What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

Microsoft to-do tool is a free task management tool that has helped me organize, manage, and assign tasks within the team.

It helps me being punctual and deliver tasks on time. I enjoy using the features like task reminders, timeline management, and setting up the priority.

Overall, a great tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

Features like preparing a report is not offered by To-do. Hence, I have to do the task myself. I have experienced challenges while Integration To-do with messaging platforms like slack.

Adding additional fields like issue type and priority, or regular would improve the quality of the product

It would be great if we can also get timeline fields of a task then that would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

You can share the list with others, and it integrates well with other Microsoft products. Best of all, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to learn how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

It doesn't integrate into easy Microsoft Teams. You cannot integrate with Salesforce or Jira. More end-user customization on how the List Icons looks would be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this app should have a dashboard view in which I can see my all day-to-day tasks visually which will more easy for me and it can be more best if it contains integration options to third party apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

Microsoft to-do is best to manage tasks effectively. Prioritising and assigning tasks have now become easy. It's task filter is something that has benifited me a lot and I've become more punctual with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

Features like colouring, a rich text editor for adding hyperlinks and text formatting should be there. Apart from this advanced customisation should be offered. Because of these drawbacks, I had to move to Google tasks because it is rather simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

- My favorite feature about Microsoft TO DO is the fact that you can set automatic reminders. For example, you could write a task as 'Send an email at 1pm'. The app automatically sets a reminder for 1pm to remind you to write the email. How awesome is that? This has improved my productivity by a great deal and made using the application more fun.

- Microsoft TO Do is my ultimate productivity hack. Since I started using it, every task that I schedule on the application end up getting done.

- The feeling of checking off tasks from your to-do list is the best feeling ever as far as motivation is concerned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

- The only thing I dislike about Microsoft TO Do is the fact that repeated tasks are not automatically assigned reminders. For example, If I have marked a task as a 'Daily' task with a reminder set for a specific time in the day, I would like to be reminded to do the task every day at the same time. The reminder only works once. I wish Microsoft can incorporate this feature into the app for the perfect experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

The clean, easy-to-use interface.

How easy it is to add tasks to the mobile app. It helps me fulfill my verbal commitments by helping me remember them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

It sometimes asks me to login twice in a row before I can access it. This may be a temporary problem, but it may point to an underlying issue with the dev team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

The app's simplicity and the fact that I can use it on my computer and on my phone. It immediately syncs. As well as having others watch over the same tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

I cannot add photos. It would be great to add a picture so my partner can view it off their To-Do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

It is a cross-platform application which means we can use it on any device, either a mobile or your workplace computer. I am using it on my mobile as well as my laptop, it helps a lot to sync all the tasks on both devices, so there is no need to change the application on different devices. Its User interface is amazing and everything is easisly accessible. I also use it to make some shopping lists. We can also add reminder to our task so you don't have to check the task's deadline again and again. It will notify you before that. It also has a widget for mobile version where you can add the task to your day directly from the home screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

As a day planner, it has all the features, it is fast and lightweight, but there's a single feature it is missing if you like to use it as a project management tool as you can not set the start date and cannot track your performance. Still, it can be solved if you write the small milestones of your projects as a task and associate a due date to it. Secondly, there's no inbuilt calendar integration, so you will have to add the date manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

Doesn't have priority matrix and categorise task into 4 quadrants of the eisenhower matrix, can't visualise the quantum of tasks completed and the time for each task since they're assigned, no provision to integrate it with other apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
