The API price! It’s very expensive compared to AWS Rekognition. Also another disadvantage is it’s usage in computer vision. There are many bugs when you try to use the API for image-text analysis. It is an interesting application based on content search and analysis using natural language, which is mounted on plain text. With this, it is possible to extract the main indicators of a sentence, detect the language used, analyze the content of a sentence, detect the sentiment of happiness, sadness, disgust, or liking about something, which is more or less convenient for some type of business, for example. Practically, it allows detecting the syntax of the sentence, determining the key objects or entities and characteristics in favor or against. Information that can be very useful, for example, to recognize customer appreciation about a brand or the satisfaction or characteristics of a product or service. The ease of use with common text applications was easy and smooth. When tested initially, the analytics tool automatically recognized the categorization and setup of text and conversation which was occurring.
