From time to time there can be a lag or issues with sharing screen where it will be gray or when sharing your screen/presenting/hosting it would be better if there was a way to view comments or interact in the chat on the side or a pop up screen visible to presenter only to not feel excluded or rely on someone to monitor the chat for questions etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Microsoft Teams notifications, we can customize each element of interest, considering improved appearance and usability. Included are the notifications we receive in Teams when we are using it, both in our Desktop application and in the mobile APP.
Among the multiple options, we can receive notifications only when we are @mentioned or when we receive information about responses to our messages in the channels. We can configure this part in the “Mentions and responses” section.
It is important to mention that by default, channel @mentions are disabled and all new posts will only be displayed in the Activity button, this is to maintain privacy and not be approached unnecessarily with collaborative information, but we can adjust notifications based on our needs.

Microsoft Teams is excellent. As a general rule, we can customize all the notifications considered core and in another block of options, we can parameterize the rest. In some cases, it may be a little difficult for us to locate the parameter we want to configure, but in the end, we always find it, so this could be an opportunity for improvement, as well as the possibility of carrying out intuitive searches to locate the aspect we want to parameterize.
By selecting 'customize all other notifications' we can have the categories: Chat, Meetings and calls, People, and Others. We can even make adjustments to notifications that are only present in the mobile APP, which is a great feature for those of us who are always connected from the phone.

Extremely happy with Teams. Our org is all in, having consolidated all our voip, chat, and meetings into it. If using for voip, partner with a vendor for rollout to assist in the complexities behind auto attendants, rooms, direct dials, and audio conferencing. It’s still only 3 years old but they are rolling out feature faster now and quality has vastly improved. it’s a great design that our users easily understand.
