Microsoft Stream is a great tool to record meeting and screen capturing. It is fully embedded with Microsoft Teams, but it is also possible to use with its online portal. We use it weekly to record team meetings and to capture bug reports on our customer support operations. The implementation with the 365 suite is seamless. The worst part of Microsoft Stream is the lack of options to navigate, search, and catalog the videos. Unless you store the videos on a SharePoint site, it is difficult to keep track of them, which can be a problem on the implementation of retention policies.
