A few years ago, I had a great number of views and subscribers. However, due to my busy schedule, I wasn't able to upload new content for 2 years. The lack of content resulted in a drastic decline in the number of views and subscribers of my channel. You see, posting a few new video uploads won't help revive my channel views. So I sought out the help of Youtube advertising to feature my latest content at the top of search results. Unfortunately, even after I started posting new content, the viewers didn't come back. So I tried using Youtube advertising to feature my content at the top of search results and it worked! Within a month, I was able to bring my numbers up 10 times! I was hesitant at first because I thought it would cost me a lot but the results were worth every penny spent. Within a month, I was able to increase the views and subscriber base 10 times! **What do you dislike about YouTube Advertising?** There have been instances where the ad campaign didn't go as planned. We were pretty confident that our video was going to be approved, but then we got a notification saying the campaign was placed on hold. We weren't sure why. The video might get stuck up in the approval stage, or worse still, new views will start coming in only when you raise the ad campaign to a high figure budget. Be careful about which ads you set up. Just because you get a lot of views from a certain ad does not necessarily mean that it's the right ad for your channel.
