"Keeps Me Organized Across All Platforms"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I really like how easy it is to keep everything in one place, like emails, calendar invites, and tasks. The calendar reminders are seriously a lifesaver, and I especially appreciate being able to schedule meetings directly from an email. It also syncs smoothly between my phone and laptop, so I don’t miss anything important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

It can feel a little clunky sometimes. When it glitches or takes forever to load, it really slows me down. The interface could definitely be a bit more modern and user-friendly; some features just feel buried. Although it's nice to be able to integrate it with other software or signatures. "Solid Integration with Microsoft Office Suite."
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Easy integration with (including copying & pasting, etc.) other Microsoft Office Suite programs like Excel and Word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I design and produce publications and have had the same Outlook email for 18+ years, so I have always been running into Outlook Desktop's 50GB storage limit (for record-keeping and time purposes, it's a lot easier & more accurate to keep emails & attachments rather than constantly moving/saving/deleting). We moved everything to the cloud that's over a year old, but that makes my extensive folder usage somewhat useless (click on a publication issue folder from 2 years ago, and there's nothing in it).

There should be a way to archive attachments, but still have the emails visible--sort of like compressing/zipping a file. Then the file & attachment sizes wouldn't count against the 50GB limit unless you needed to unzip the email in question. It would be a lot easier for the extensive record-keeping I like to do through Outlook. It's great to have a history of "who sent what to whom" for all publications I manage. "All-in-One Email and Calendar with Reliable Search, but Can Feel Slow on Large Inboxes"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

It keeps everything in one place- email, calendar, and contacts are all connected, so it’s easy to manage work without switching between apps. The calendar is especially helpful for scheduling meetings right from your inbox. I also find the search feature reliable when I need to search old emails quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

It can feel a bit heavy at times. When you have a large inbox, it takes longer to load and can slow things down. Updates also occasionally change layouts or features in ways that take time to adjust to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Work Communication Much Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Of all the email tools I’ve used, Microsoft Outlook stands out for how efficiently it brings everything together in one place. I really appreciate its clean, easy-to-navigate interface, the smart email organization offered by features like Focused Inbox, and the smooth integration with the calendar, meetings, and other Microsoft 365 apps. Overall, it makes it much simpler to manage emails, schedule appointments, and collaborate with teams, which helps me stay productive and keep my work well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel slow and cluttered, especially when I’m managing large volumes of emails or switching between multiple folders and accounts. There are also times when the search function doesn’t return the most accurate results as quickly as I’d expect, which can hurt productivity when I’m trying to track down important conversations. On top of that, the sheer number of options and settings can make certain features feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Your Everyday Communications Champion Emailing Application"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

MS outlook as we affectionately abbreviate and call it is our Go to tool for all of our professional communications we sent out on a day to day,

Apart from the convenience and the awesome looks for an email application Outlook is straightforward and intricate at the same time

you can literally get the application on all device platforms so its easy to implement and add to your arsenal of applications

We are the customer support and I am able to always help our customers and receive help for the application when needed

From my day to day support I provide for this outlook owa and all of its comfy features has a huge soft spot for all our customers and us in the support industry even the 32bit version still works for outlook classic wonderful app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The new outlook doesn't have all of the features outlook classic has but its still convenient and easy to setup and use

I don't mind change but not all of the world especially customers like change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Affordable Email That’s Easy to Use and Fast to Set Up"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

It’s easy to use and includes extra features I don’t see on other email platforms, such as the ability to mark a message as high priority and add a read receipt. It also is very compatible with other programs I use, like Calendly. The security is top-notch. Email goes out and comes in quickly and efficiently, without fear of it being hacked or intercepted. The pricing I have is very affordable and is lower than any other service out there. It was easy to set up and email for my business was up and running within a couple minutes. I really haven't used much of the AI, but I do like that when I access it from my mobile app that AI has summarized email so I already have an idea of what I am going to read. It is a great feature when you aren't in front of you computer at a desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The only thing I can think of that I dislike is that when there are updates, I sometimes can’t find what I’m looking for because it’s been moved under a different menu option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Email and Calendar Hub That Keeps Multiple Accounts Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook is very intuitive and can be linked to many different Microsoft applications, and even to non-Microsoft apps. It’s a great way to manage all my emails, even when they aren’t Microsoft emails. I manage around five email accounts through Outlook, and everything stays nicely organized, so I can switch between them seamlessly. The calendar is the best tool for keeping me on track during the day; I honestly can’t organize all my meetings without it. It also links smoothly to Teams, so I can join virtual meetings right from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One downside is customization. If you’re someone who likes your email to look a certain way, there really isn’t much you can do to change it. There are dark and light modes, but that’s about it. Like with most apps, you also have to spend some time adjusting the settings to make it work best for you, such as adding a signature or setting your personal preferences for how you reply to or forward emails. "Microsoft Outlook Keeps High-Volume Work Emails Organized"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is how effectively it helps me manage a high volume of daily work emails in an organized way. In our operations, we regularly handle lab reports, maintenance updates, material requirements, quotations, and meeting-related communication, and Outlook makes it much easier to keep everything sorted while staying on top of ongoing threads. It also helps that Outlook’s mobile app has a very good UI, so checking emails, opening attachments while I’m in cabin is genuinely convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

It can become laggy when handling very long email threads with multiple attachments, especially when several reports and Excel files are being exchanged. Sometimes the search feature also takes a long time to show older emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps you stay organized and in control"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like most is a small but normally something that goes unnoticed or not talked about. It is the mentions option - gives you notice and calls attention to specific comments or tasks. It integrates well well with our team as its something we all use a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

For me one thing I have noticed recently - I think about 1 or 2 updates ago is the junk filters are less effective, allowing too many scams to reach my inbox. In past I may get a few but recently I am not sure if there have been changes but I get a lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copilot and smart inbox rules that save time and keep email threads organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

As a technical writer integrated copilot helps me summarize lengthy email threads, drafts and highlight key actions, which really saves my time during technical content creation.

I have created some rules, categories, and even reminders, that reduced inbox noise. I can easily organize the specific emails even though i have multiple projects.

One more thing focused imbox and flags improve the readbility and task tracking.

Even if i have large volume of threads and long conversations it works fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

So mostly i use the desktop application, but sometimes i have to use web outlook, so both behave slightly differently. Also outlook tries to do multiple tasks like mail, tasks, notes, and calender together which sometimes makes simple actions feel heavier than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
