"Reliable, but with some excessive slowness"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is that it puts everything in one place: email, calendar, appointments, and contacts. You don't have to jump from one app to another, and that's something that saves a lot of time.

I also like that it's very organized: emails are easy to read, you quickly find what you're looking for, and you don't have that feeling of chaos that other mailboxes sometimes give.

Another convenient thing is the integrated calendar: just one click and you see all the appointments, meetings, and deadlines, without having to open anything extra.

In general, Outlook really gives the impression of being reliable: it works, it's clean, and it's made for those who work and want something that doesn't waste their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What I don't like about Outlook, using it every day for work, is that sometimes it becomes really slow. When you have many emails to manage or need to switch from one calendar to another, it always seems to take that extra second... and when you're under pressure, you definitely notice it.

Another aspect is that it's full of features, but not all of them are intuitive. When you just need to do something simple, you always end up wasting time searching through menus and settings that aren't exactly straightforward.

And, honestly, the interface is a bit rigid. It does its job, sure, but it's not exactly the freshest or most convenient thing to use every day.

In summary: it works, but for an app I use for work every day, I would like it to be a bit faster and simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I really like how Outlook brings everything together in one place emails, calendar, contacts, and tasks. The interface feels clean and easy to navigate, and I love how I can schedule meetings directly from my inbox without switching apps. The focused inbox helps me keep important messages at the top, and integration with Teams and OneDrive makes collaboration smooth and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Sometimes Outlook can feel a bit heavy, especially when syncing large mailboxes, it slows down or freezes for a few seconds. The mobile app could also be a little faster when loading attachments or switching between accounts. Other than that, it’s generally very dependable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outlook Keeps Email, Calendar, and Tasks Perfectly Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like most about Outlook is that everything I need is in one place. My email, calendar, meetings, and tasks are all connected, so I don’t have to keep switching between different apps. Scheduling meetings is straightforward, and I can quickly check when someone is available. The search feature is also very useful when I need to track down older emails. Overall, it makes my day-to-day work feel more organized and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook can feel a bit slow at times, especially when I’m opening large mailboxes or trying to access older emails. The interface also feels crowded, with too many options on screen, which can make it confusing to navigate. Search works most of the time, but every so often it won’t show an email I know is there. I also run into sync issues now and then, and resolving them isn’t always straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outlook helps Technical support"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Email is a big part of technical support, and Outlook helps keep everything organized. I like being able to sort emails into folders, mark messages that need a response, and keep track of conversations with users or other teams. The calendar integration is also useful for scheduling meetings or support calls when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

When searching for older emails, the search function can sometimes take a bit of time, especially if the mailbox is large. Also, since there are many features and settings, the interface can feel slightly overwhelming when you first start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
