My only complaint is that with Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Channels, and all the different places where “Teams” can collaborate, it becomes really difficult to figure out what works best and then use it consistently. What I appreciate most about Microsoft SharePoint is its user-friendly design. SharePoint works well as a modern replacement for a classic file server. Our team can collaborate easily on files uploaded to SharePoint, and because it’s a cloud solution, we don’t need a VPN to access a traditional file server. It works from anywhere with an internet connection and is accessible from mobile devices as well.

It was straightforward for us to implement SharePoint document libraries since we already had Microsoft 365. I use SharePoint daily, and it’s easy to integrate additional workflows into SharePoint using Power Automate. SharePoint also includes built-in version control for documents, along with co-editing.
