Starting to use any new software can be slow and challenging but Method Grid is visual and intuitive so you can get stuck in right from the start. The visual layout helps everyone to "see" the whole process and each stage in between. I particularly like the card type format which you then click on to get all the details for that specific element. Quick, easy and fast to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't really say there's anything that I dislike, Method Grid are updating things constantly and I guess the one area that could improve is the size the number of pre-built templates available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that MethodGrid helps you create and follow through with methodologies and keep these updated by giving access to these to your whole team. The platform is constantly updated to incorporate feedback from customers and make the application more and more user friendly over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform can take some getting used to, but the helpful guide videos are there to help new users understand how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that the tool is based on a simple product based stage gate means that it is intuitive and simple to build and navigate methodologies. It has some helpful features that can help you to put your methods to work across marketing, sales and delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Method Grid is a tool and still requires the management discipline to encourage busy consultants to capture their learnings alongside the demands of client delivery Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the Method Grid interface and how easy it is to get up and running on the technology. This belies how truly powerful the tools are as a way to organize projects and memorialize data and process steps. Method Grid has revolutionized the way we share and store information and how we collaborate on projects as a team.
It is among the very best tools I have ever used in getting things organized and allowing us to instill a sense of shared stewardship of what we create and how we share that across the organization.
Another great thing about the Method Grid experience, is the responsiveness of the Method Grid team. They are incredibly reactive to feedback and include us as true partners in the development of the tool with the introduction of new features. Truly a top in class product and team. I haven't really found a downside to using Method Grid. The one thing that does require a shift in thinking is how to operationalize an idea and fit it into the Method Grid format. "Gridding" is a skill that develops over time. Thinking through a project in a linear organized fashion (thought it sounds like such a supremely logical thing to do), is not always a natural way for everyone to approach a project.
With any new technology introduced to a company there is an adoption curve and getting people over the hump of this learning curve is a challenge. But, the challenge is well worth it given the power of the tool to transform the way you do business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish we had found Method Grid when we set up business 21 years ago. Having a platform to build, capture and share knowledge across our business will save so much repetition and time. I love the example grids they have provided such as induction and GDPR. This saves so much time and it helps that we are not all trying to reinvent a similar wheel. All I need to do is bespoke the example grid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't really found anything to dislike. New tech always takes time to work with well. The most important things are planning the grid properly before populating. It takes time to do this which you will not regret. The other important thing is to take people with you. Remember everyone learns differently.
If I don't understand something Method Grid have responded so quickly. They are also amazingly open to new ideas on how to improve the platform so it is becoming more user friendly and useful all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Methodgrid can be configured to suit the way your business works, without any training or experience. The product team has focused on being intuitive to use and they have been adding new features at an impressive rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was an early adopter and some 'essential features were missing, however these have now been added, so there's not much to dislike at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can save knowledge as you go - which is the best time to capture what you know. We can use the content for delivery, training and marketing so that we can maximise the benefits of what we know to as many people as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major issues; but what does work is the responsiveness of Methodgrid to consider new ideas and improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplicity and elegance of design provides flexibility to document and standardise many types of process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no real dislikes, I would like a native iPad app at some point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new checklist feature and the ability top link to outside sources within elements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's clunky. Not the most user friendly at the moment. For instance, auto remove the "Element Text Area" message when someone begins typing in a Text Area. When populating dozens and dozens of Text Areas, deleting this manually every time is irritating and slows the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
