I love how easy it is to send out messages, create new groups, and add/remove contacts from groups. It always sends a "group message report" so you can see if anyone opted out and confirm that all of the messages were delivered. Snapdesk also had the best customer service I have ever experienced. SnapDesk allows you to build templates to save frequently sent texts. The templates are customizable with tagging features to personalize messages.
