What do you dislike about MessageDesk?

Just a bit more organization on the contact card - like having custom fields at the top or one or two custom fields in the central name/phone/email part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MessageDesk:

I've used a few other platforms & getting help was a major challenge. This is not the case with Message Desk. We are a small business & they treat us like their most important client. They are always available & respond quickly to any help I need, no matter the request. Customer Service is so important & they get 5 stars in this department. Retention of clients on their first visit to my business. I send them reminders about the appointments. My clients are reminded of their first appointment with us and they don't forget them or
