Description

Fortra’s advanced offensive and defensive security solutions cover the entire attack chain while most of the competition only covers one link, leaving opportunities for attackers to establish a foothold and then dwell inside your organization for months or even years to monitor, observe, and plot their next move. Fortra solutions go deep, designed and built to detect and prevent advanced attacks using real-time indicators of compromise and exclusive AI models that improve accuracy and automation. Fortra goes on the offensive too, offering software and services that follow the same pattern attackers use, so you can test, simulate and strengthen your defenses in real time. Fortra also generates original threat research and intelligence to protect our customers and contribute back to the cybersecurity community. We have nearly 400 globally recognized experts specializing in both offensive and defensive security. We also collaborate with threat intelligence partners — including global law enforcement agencies, ISACs, and other public and private sector organizations — to disrupt malicious actors and their infrastructure.

What do you like best about Message Classification?

TITUS Message Classification is part of the TITUS Classification Suite Package.

It performs the function of classification and labeling of sent e-mails in terms of information security. In doing so, it guides and trains users for correct classification.

Beyond supporting DLP capabilities on Mail communication applications, it forces the security of sensitive MS Office documents included in the attachment with “Password Protection”.

It supports integration with SIEM, DLP, DRM, Sign&Encryption, other e-mail solutions in the environment. It supports to intervene in the right data safely when necessary.

The main purpose of the solution is to authorize users who generate data on e-mail applications, and to enable them to classify and label in accordance with security requirements.

To achieve this, it directs users with blocking or warning messages by operating control rules while sending e-mail, and educates users in terms of security compliance requirements.

In an environment with properly configured rules, it prompts all users to comply with security compliance requirements.

Thus, it is possible to apply the correct security rules for e-mails when necessary and to identify the real authority-responsibility owner. DLP blocks and content encryptions can be boldly applied for sensitive data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Message Classification?

Titus message clasification is a commercial tool that has been in use for a while by the companies who need detailed clasifications to protect knowledge shared inside and with third parties. Howeer, this concept is the main benefit, there are something else can be mentioned also. I like the pop-up strategy of the software which is actually like that; if the sender clasifies a message to someone and starts a new e-mail or replies to same he or she do not have to re-clasify te message. Furthermore, somethimes due to waiting of titus pop-up opening some mistakes can be seen after clicking send button and can be corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Message Classification?

Actually one of the most important disadvantage of thie Titus Message Clasification programme is that it effects outlook working performance and add lag during opening the outlook and sending a message. And also due to thinking the clasification of the mail some time can be lost also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Message Classification:

I can recommend new users try to clasify mails with 2 or mostly 3 types not to loose so many times during thinking about best clasification. Because if the clasification types are higher user needs to think and find best to match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Message Classification solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem solved with the Titus message clasification product is confidentiality risk which caused by mails to third parties. Those trhidr parties can use the data that have been sent to them if there is no clasification available on the message. But with the correct clasification, if third parties dare to share the data with other customers etc. they would face with the laws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At Iris Powered by Generali, it’s not really about us. It’s about how identity theft and cybercrime have become a reality for too many. It’s about making a person feel whole again, when despite their best efforts, they’ve still become a victim. It’s about understanding that many companies do what we do – just not like we do. Iris is a B2B2C global care company owned by the 190-year-old multinational insurance company, Generali, offering always-available identity resolution experts (yes, real people available 24/7/365) and tech-forward solutions that uncomplicate the protection process. We opened our first Washington, DC office in 1983 with a simple mission, bringing customers from distress to relief – anytime, anywhere – and went on to become one of the very first identity theft resolution providers in the U.S. in 2003. Today, understanding that victimization has no geographical boundaries, we’ve got a solution no matter what your customers’ coordinates are.
