What do you like best about Merchandise Analytics?

Easy to use, after a bit of time to catch up it becomes very interesting and permits good in-depth analysis. Permits to sort the dimensions in an efficient way and gets usually feed by another database, therefore you may need something like Epicor at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Merchandise Analytics?

It is so hard to schedule reports and it differs a lot from Cognos in this regard. Also, standard template are hard to edit and at times it becomes frustrating to understand all the underlying rules (like timing of data dump etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it's a good product and if you have more than tens of stores you should definitely use either this or Cognos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basically building standard reports to send out internally. At times we can use this data for communications with seniors, stores, country managers etc.. It permits to even give standard reports to third parties so we can set it up and have it automatically sent to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
