What do you like best about Mercer?

It's tool is easy to use and user friendly. Employee are able to submit claims and queries easily on their tool. Customer service really good. Also, it has improved the customer experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercer?

The response is sometimes late. There can be a user guide added to the app or website to make is easier for first time user. Mercer being a big brand charges hight cost which can be reduced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mercer?

Mercer is one of the more robust survey providers in the market. The Mercer Benchmark Database is one of my go-to surveys to price jobs. I have a high confidence in Mercer's data since their surveys typically have a lot of participants. They also have specialized survey offerings that can provide data for specific jobs.
