Mentorloop has truly elevated my experience managing our mentoring program at Informa. From the start, I’ve been impressed by how easy it is to use—both for admins like me and for our mentors and mentees. The implementation was seamless, and the platform’s features and integrations make it effortless to keep everything running smoothly. What really sets Mentorloop apart, though, is the outstanding customer support. While Mentorloop is a fantastic platform, one piece of feedback I’ve heard from participants is that notifications don’t always seem to come through unless they log in, making it easy to miss updates. The matching algorithm, calendar integration, loop management, and data analysis are my favorite features. The personalized support that we receive from Marina and her team has made all of the difference. They are extremely responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable about the product and our needs. The software was the perfect kickstarter for my mentoring relationship. Housing all of the resources to get the mentoring relationship off to a flying start, Mentorloop also has a very user friendly messaging interface. While the features are extensive and customizable, they can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for those new to setting up mentoring programs. I like that it is all in one plave instead of having to scour emails or create an organizational system. I also imagine that setting this up for our org was much easier with this system versus trying to manually pair staff and keep track of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Probably just a me thing, but sometimes it doesn't seem to connect well to Outlook. Updating appointments seems to mess it up and then we have had to redo scheudling to keep the attached notes feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to see some integrations with zoom/teams to integrate with menorloop so that we could have AI generate summaries of the meeting through the transciptions, and automatically store in the app itseld. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After finding a communicative and highly knowledgeable mentor, Mentorloop has been a wildly helpful way of connecting with people in the industry with so much experience, that as a Mentee, I have found it a very rewarding experience. While Mentorloop is generally very user-friendly, I found that the initial setup process could benefit from more detailed guidance. For new users, particularly those unfamiliar with mentoring software, a step-by-step tutorial would be beneficial to help them get up and running smoothly. I wish there were better integration between my work systems and Mentorloop. Since my company is using Mentorloop for internal mentoring I would much rather have text communication/updates, agendas and meeting scheduling, notes, and more contained or at least 100% accessible and editable in Microsoft 365 tools like MS Teams and Outlook. Mentorloop offers step by step guidance on the mentoring program for both Mentor and Mentee. The steps are easy to follow and the best thing is that the program does not inundate you with a heap of emails.
