Mentorloop does an incredible job of connecting the mentor, mentee and the support team in a way that is supportive but not intrusive. They say that the best software are the ones that lets you get on with the things you have to do without noticing that it is there. Mentorloop has truly elevated my experience managing our mentoring program at Informa. While Mentorloop is a fantastic platform, one piece of feedback I’ve heard from participants is that notifications don’t always seem to come through unless they log in, making it easy to miss updates. The matching algorithm, calendar integration, loop management, and data analysis are my favorite features. The software was the perfect kickstarter for my mentoring relationship. Housing all of the resources to get the mentoring relationship off to a flying start, Mentorloop also has a very user friendly messaging interface.
