Mentorloop does an incredible job of connecting the mentor, mentee and the support team in a way that is supportive but not intrusive. They say that the best software are the ones that lets you get on with the things you have to do without noticing that it is there. Mentorloop has truly elevated my experience managing our mentoring program at Informa. From the start, I’ve been impressed by how easy it is to use—both for admins like me and for our mentors and mentees. The implementation was seamless, and the platform’s features and integrations make it effortless to keep everything running smoothly. What really sets Mentorloop apart, though, is the outstanding customer support. While Mentorloop is a fantastic platform, one piece of feedback I’ve heard from participants is that notifications don’t always seem to come through unless they log in, making it easy to miss updates. The UI was easy to understand, and the chat system with the mentor created a natural and friendly environment, as most people are accustomed to using SNS platforms or mobile phones. The matching algorithm, calendar integration, loop management, and data analysis are my favorite features. The personalized support that we receive from Marina and her team has made all of the difference. They are extremely responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable about the product and our needs. The software was the perfect kickstarter for my mentoring relationship. Housing all of the resources to get the mentoring relationship off to a flying start, Mentorloop also has a very user friendly messaging interface.
