MentorCloud has many different ways you can allow employees to give and receive coaching and mentoring. With the help of the great enablement team there, we were able to design our own "Mentor My Way" program that allowed for a thoughtful and thorough implementation that best fit our business. Employees find the platform easy to navigate and use it for direct mentoring relationships, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like just a little more customizable content, but MentorCloud has made updates for me to accomodate us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Easy to use , connect, find people and build relationship with mentors and mentees
2. Smooth Onboarding experience and all in one platform needed for collaborating with experienced professionals to unlock new opportuities.
3. Cultivates development of helathy relationsnhip between mentor mentee with predefined resources.
4. Unique features like Task/goal management, Progress tracking , chat messaging service, calendar syncing, easy to integrate meeting with zoom and microsoft team , Scheduling the meet and customisable solutions ,makes it a best platform solution on side of ease of implementation within organisation
5. Raising tickets with customer support team is addressed in tiem frame manner
6. the mobile application is also executable with comfort and the quality of professional mentors do make one consider its usage on frequent basis
7. Very good user interface design
8. Platform conducts wonderful intitatives like WE (Women empowered -women for women mentoring etc).
9. Feedback is continuously taken from users after every meet as well as after fortnight or so on how the journey is going.

Nothing of big sort but small imoprovement of areas like new features may be integrated to improve upon service delivery like a time tracker showcasing how much time elapsed since start of meeting, customisable template for UI design of dashboard, export/import of data of sessions within organizations by the mentor and mentees conducted by users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Intuitive and easy to use.
- Pairing mentors and coaches.
- Ability to customize questions and tailor the application as per our needs.

- The Microsoft Teams integration doesn't always work, and we cannot meet through MentorCloud.
- There should be a section for each user to view their past & current goals in one place outside of a mentor relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very interactive platform with varieties of integration and features, easy to schedule a meeting with mentee and mentor, tracking of goals and tasks, fireside chats are wonderful, sending message and notificatin on whatsapp is plus point.

I use this platform frequently and loved using it. I liked its user-friendly interface and features provided for good interaction like messaging, session request, and video call meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the video call meeting is a good feature, but facced issue in starting the session as it takes much time in loading the login screen of email-id, before the session starts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The MentorCloud team is one of the most hands-on we have seen in a provider. They offer us support in our day-to-day operations, bring in initiatives and make sure we are serving our audience powerfully.
