The customer service. I can call or email my support team at any time and they respond promptly. They are easy to work with and help us shine. I also value the ease of use as a Program Manager. The reporting features make it easy to demonstrate that our cohorts are engaged and working toward goals. The dashboard is easy to interpret and downloading reports, graphs, survey results is easy. Honestly, I cannot think of anything about the program, platform, or resources that has let me down. Over the last 10 months MentorCliq has made some amazing improvements - the user enhancements make the dashboard for me (program manager) and me (mentor) and my cohorts even more friendly. At the beginning, I was hoping for more depth in the resources available for users - but last year, they beefed up the articles, videos, TED recommendations, and look and functionality. The team at MentorcliQ are some of the most helpful, intelligent, personable folks I've ever had the pleasure of working with--either inside my industry or without. The platform itself is remarkable, and has helped us record THOUSANDS of hours of conversation and open up AMAZING opportunities for colleagues. It's such a great service that we have multiple divisions opening up MentorcliQ instances, with the eventual hope that we merge into a global, singular instance. Overall honestly this platform is great. I'd like to see some stronger automation around managing when a user leaves the program (if we'd used the HRIS integration this may have been doable), and I know some users didn't log their hours or had a tricky time navigating the system.
