Two things:
1. Timely and easy matching with a mentor

These are areas of improvement not dislikes:
1. Ability to schedule meetings with mentor/ mentee right on the platform and it sync into one's calendar.
2. Be matched to more than one mentor at a time (not sure this is possible as I had just one mentor) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mentorcliq's Smart AI Matching is a game-changer! It has resulted in over 80% compatibility with our mentoring circle's partnerships to foster deep meaningful connections to accelerate our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently the reporting/analytics is in their dashboard, and it's a bit of a manual process to expoer the data into Microsoft Power BI which is where we have our Talent Management Analytics Dashboards across all of our other culture of career programs.
