I have absolutely loved the inclusion of Mentorcliq within our organization! It has been an easy to use bridge that has provided an opportunity for employees to connect and engage through mentorship! The platform integration was so easy to implement into our organization and has been well recieved as the majority of our workforce is now connected through mentorship. I have personally connected with people from across the organizational that I otherwise may have never connected with and have built lasting relationships that will be beneficial both personally and professionally. The pairing system is superb and used smart technology to ensure that each match would provide an experience that benefits both the mentor and mentee. The customer support and specialists at Mentorcliq are amazing and not only made the integration seamless but are with you throughout each interaction and you always feel suported. I have to say that I use the system at least once per month to log time with my mentor and since the launch have recently been paired with my first mentee! There is not a single thing that I would count as a downfall. I love the ease of use, the simple reporting, and the constant guidance that both mentors and mentees recieve through the program! From Smart matching to scheduled communications, MentorcliQ has accelerated the launch of our Mentoring programs. The scheduled communications help us keep in touch with the participants and share resources during the cycle n a timely manner. The data and analytics from the platform allows us to change, modify and update any programs as need. The customer service is absolutely first class. MentorcliQ has enabled me to offer multiple, large mentoring programs in my organization. The platform is especially adept at streamling and simplifying the enrollment process, the matching process and program communication. It offers automation of so many activities and an amazing matching algorithm that does a shockingly great job at matching mentors and mentees. Also, MentorcliQ offers helpful resources, quality mentor training (add-on), an ROI calcultor (add-on), and so many other features that make it possible to offer large mentoring programs. On top of all the technological and automation features, MentorcliQ employees wonderful, helpful and dedicated humans to help their clients be successful when setting up and running mentoring programs.

With MentorcliQ I am able to run multiple simultaneous mentoring programs for targeted audiences. Each program has its own dedicated program manager.

I am also able to offer different configurations for each program becasue of the platform's flexibility. For example, I have programs that offer 1:1 mentorship and group mentorship. Other programs offer self-matching and some offer admininstrative matching.

Once you have MentorcliQ connected to your employee data and can offer SSO, even more possibilities open up for automating and simplying the enrollment and matching process.

As with any technology platform, there are opportunities for improvement. For example, MentorcliQ has built-in participant surveys that need an overhaul and some of their built-in templates for routine messages seem more like they have been written by an engineer rather than an L&D or HR professional. One other factor that could be improved is allowing for logic and branching in the enrollment forms and surveys.

Compared to all of the advantages MentorcliQ creates, those are minor issues and we can generally work around any limitations with a bit of creativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our client partner, Liliana Conde, is exceptional in her service and all her help in the program's successful journey. I would like to publicly praise her.

It is very user friendly. I believe that when employees have to go through many steps it might cause pushback but its not the case with mentorcliq. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although it is very user friendly on the employee end as an adminstrator we still have to do a bit of clicking around. I find myself getting the information needed which is great but I do have to search a bit more than I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed being able to either select a mentor or allow the system to pick one that suits you best. I was blessed to have a caring and intelligent mentor. I like that MentorcliQ allows your company the ability to customize an algorithm so that mentors/mentees are able to be matched based on a variety of needs, goals, as well as preferences. When it comes time for employees to sign-up, we've received very positive feedback on the user experience. Additionally, MentorcliQ is great with its integration into your company's vendors (like Workday). Lastly - the customer service team is fantastic!
