It takes a long time to communicate via email. Not a single-click way to send meeting invites. It is not well known to the potential target audience and hence lacks familiarity with most audience. It needs more advertising on social media to gather the attention of potential users. The younger generation needs more of such collaboration tools for the current work culture. Hence it is hard to find others who use it. They need to be walked through this app. at times. But generally it is a pretty good product that once can immediately put to use.
