Medrio EDC Pricing Overview

As an admin in charge of animal clinical trials, I can’t say enough good things about Medrio EDC. The ease of use is fantastic—it’s so simple to set up and manage our databases. We use it daily, and the number of features it offers really makes our work smoother. Getting it up and running was a breeze, thanks to the ease of implementation and the seamless integration with our existing systems. And whenever we’ve needed help, the customer support team has been quick to respond and super helpful. Although the platform is user-friendly, there are some limitations in terms of how much you can customize certain features and forms. More advanced customization options would be beneficial for complex studies. While basic features are easy to use, some of the more advanced functionalities can take time to learn, especially for those who are not very tech-savvy. The user interface for the Medrio EDC system is easy for users to use. It is easy for users to navigate around the casebook - from a CRC perspective, it is easy to locate the CRF you need and to enter data. You can see which CRFs have open queries attached and respond to the queries. The audit trial is also readily available to view. The cost is also great for smaller trials. The number 1 issue is speed. At times, Medrio can be slower than other systems. This has improved over the years; however, more improvement is necessary. Also, reporting is basic and ad-hoc reporting isn't the best around. Great for smaller studies, but would be hesitant to use for larger pivitol trials due to these issues.
