Solves the 'Tier 1' one-to-many Q&A scale-up problem. With hundreds of people arriving and all having the same questions, MeBeBot shines as a 24/7/multi-country natural language Q&A service. There's not much to dislike. It's a case of wanting more. The default answers are not yet role/level specific. For example, a question about a Company's compensation practices should have different answers depending on whether you are an employee (more generic) vs a Manager (with more links to education, tools and training). Ease of use for employees: As a slack integration, it is a one-stop location for Tier 1 questions to be answered
Time saved for People team: Before MeBeBot we were answering about 400 questions a month that came in related to Tier 1 or Tier 2 requests.
