What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

At the core, MeBebot provides 24/7 responses to employee questions. The tool provided immediate value as an augment to the HR and IT teams. Its scope has expanded to now deliver service around the world, to support push messaging and surveying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

Not one thing. The MeBeBot team strives to expand its functionality, takes customer feedback seriously and serves as a true partner to the HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant:

I strongly recommend MeBeBot as a cost-effective way to augment the HR team, allowing team members' time to go toward higher-value work. Reporting provides diagnostics on questions being asked and can alert you to the need for improved communications. The pulse survey feature allows you to get real time feedback. Push messaging is a great way to gain employee attention versus having an email message become buried and unseen.

I made the decision as EVP, HR for E2open in 2018 to be the first customer of MeBeBot. I saw the immediate value for a company that was making serial acquisitions and needed to bring information to large groups of people in real time. The solution did not disappoint, and the use case was expanded to a global footprint and to serve IT questions. It will remain a standard of support within the company. What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

As noted, MeBeBot solves the need to provide more resources to employees. With a small HR staff, this is critically important. I calculate that about 5 days of time was saved monthly with the volume of questions that would have taken time from a staff member and now are answered through MeBeBot. What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

Solves the 'Tier 1' one-to-many Q&A scale-up problem. With hundreds of people arriving and all having the same questions, MeBeBot shines as a 24/7/multi-country natural language Q&A service. With thousands of pre-populated questions, HR teams can write & edit the default answers as the answers are crafted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

There's not much to dislike. It's a case of wanting more. The default answers are not yet role/level specific. For example, a question about a Company's compensation practices should have different answers depending on whether you are an employee (more generic) vs a Manager (with more links to education, tools and training). At this time, only a generic 'one answer fits all' approach is possible. But the MeBeBot team is working on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thousands of employee questions have been answered in real-time with a standardized, consistent response. As administrators, we receive reports about the types of questions that are being asked, how many were answered and which one's were asked but not answered satisfactorily. This allows us to continuously expand and improve the range of 'trained' answers. The so what? We focus on expanding the knowledge base vs. answering tickets. What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

Ease of use for employees: As a slack integration, it is a one-stop location for Tier 1 questions to be answered

Time saved for People team: Before MeBeBot we were answering about 400 questions a month that came in related to Tier 1 or Tier 2 requests. We estimate that at least 10 hrs a month is saved in using MeBeBot allowing our team to spend time on other key projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

It is still a new product so any areas of improvement will likely come with further product development. For example, being able to know how is asking a question related to manager needs vs employee needs would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
