I am most excited about the ability to offer my students on-demand courses + live lessons. Another feature here is the subscription plans and the fact that the developers listen to the users of the platform and implement new features quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I miss is the ability to build sales funnels. However, I hope that such a possibility will appear. There is integration with Zoom, which is nice, but I would prefer the ability to broadcast video using other tools such as Flutin Live. I also miss support for incoming and outgoing webhooks. It is really easy to use. I really like the automatic email reminder function, appointment set up, timetable, video, etc.

Mastera has a very pleasant and intuitive backend so that even a non-technical person (me!) is able to quickly create classes and courses. We must not forget that an LMS or platform like Mastera is a tool after all, so it should be easy to use. And thankfully it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had some trouble in the beginning setting up my very first course which probably isn't that surprising. Even though the learning curve in Mastera is not that steep, you have to get used to the inherent logic. Mastera is a unique LMS in that it provides all the features to expound your knowledge to the audience as a one-stop-shop with the ability to turn it into a teachers market place or hub. It has a great website builder, including emails and sms, along with all the booking features for private or group lessons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is currently purely geared towards video lessons, so the ability to customize non-video content as to how information is displayed is limited, but improvements are on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's some great functionality in terms of how Mastera have thought about setting up and selling events. I also love that we can build a whole website with a simple builder/editor. Plus, the other built-in things, such as marketing emails and integrating with Zoom (and, at the time of writing, YouTube Live will be added soon, hopefully) is great. I'm looking forward to more integrations, including the likes of Goog Meet, for those who prefer it to Zoom. Also, I'd like to see more options with formating of terminology, such as "programs" (US spelling) to be not just "programmes", but the option (as other platforms do) to call them "courses", "workshops", etc., as well as other customisation for terminology such as "module" or "section" within a "course" or "workshop". I'd also like to see some sort of a preview of the options available when building a website to go along with what the templates are called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The value is incredible at the cost of Mastera. After using Mastera over the past few days, it's a no-brainer to stick with this LTD. It's easy to use. I transferred my course in about 15 minutes. It's very clean, simple and easy to deal with. There's no learning curve. It's very intuitive. And it does almost everything I need. But the best of is it gives me the total control over my personal academy. No slaveship deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I couldnd find anything to dislike, but I do miss some features that could elevate it to the next level, IMHO:

1 - Google Meet and other-than-Zoom meeting services integration.

2 - Portuguese language option

3 - Paypal and other-than-Stripe gateway integrations

4 - Ability to have more than one payment gateway account in the same academy: this would be very interesting for collaborators based in different countries to work/sell the same project and avoid unnecessary transfers and double taxation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mastera has got to be one of the best tools for an education-based small business.

Mastera is a simple-to-use intuitive tool from website building to scheduling classes and creating marketing campaigns. It lets you create whole online courses, drop-in live classes and you can even have people schedule 1-on-1 lessons. It even lets you sell products. The ability to add additional apps down the line is hugely appealing too - having android, iOS and Apple TV apps will definitely be part of our strategy once we have grown our audience a little. Another big plus is having one place for customer interactions by email and text message - basically it is several integral saas solutions in one, done well. And as a new company, no doubt there will be a lot of improvements over time.

The Facebook group and community around the app is top notch too.

Mastera takes away all the pain, and I found all the tools at one place that I need to run for my coaching and programs' business. I can sell courses, programs, have live classes with the integration of Zoom. Video hosting is included and i can also build my website. I can run my marketing with emails and with sms. I can do an add on for mobile and TV apps as soon my business will grow.
