The customer service was phenomenal. Grant gave me excellent suggestions and guidance on updating my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't enough font options. That is all I dislike at the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website is very good. The leads come in promptly and most of the time the information is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the buyers/sellers put in bogus info but that is common for on line leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, everything was terrible with their service. I am appalled their overall rating is 4 stars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am so disappointed I got scammed into using MarketLeader. The leads are absolutely horrible. I called and emailed every single lead that came in multiple times. I received one email response during my whole term. The platform shows if the leads are opening their emails, 90% did not. I had to return close to 30 leads because they were fake accounts (why am I responsible for digging into fake accounts). I called after two months and tried to cancel and they would not let me. After my 6 month contract was up, I then started getting billed on a month to month bases (price went up too). When I saw I got charged at the beginning of the 7th month, I instantly called and told them I did not want the 7th month (I had previously requested cancel multiple times). They told me I did not request cancel is the correct timeframe and that they would not refund me. They straight up robbed me of a lot of money. I can not believe how terrible this entire experience was. If you are reading this before committing, I beg of you to not use their service. So bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, terrible leads and worse customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was overpromised great quality and heavily filtered leads, however they were no better than a cold call, IF they even had a phone number. I now run my own ads and get leads for 1/10 of the cost I paid Market Leader. I tried to cancel and was told I had to email and confirm my cancellation to not be charged. I then realized I should at least transfer all of these leads to my CRM so I don't lose them once I cancel. They cancelled my membership without my confirming or signing to cancel and deleted all of my leads. I spoke with their managers Avery and a few others, he promised they'd try to help and would call me right back. I said I'd prefer to wait on hold, he insisted he'd call back in 15 minutes. Avery never called back. What a waste of $2,000. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! LEARN TO RUN YOUR OWN ADS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use, particularly the website. It's simple and adaptable to mobile and desktop, which is where 95% of buyers will be searching. Not a lot of frills, but who needs them, really? Simple, easy to navigate for the consumer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the campaigns a bit confusing, but then again, it's up to me to take the tutorials and figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
