They lied to me. The guy was really nice. Told me I would be getting good seller lead, Sellers who were looking to sell. Nothing in 3 months. I was told also that I could cancel after 3 months. When I called to cancel. He was like, I'm sorry you can cancel until 6 months. I said no I was told I could cancel after 3 months. He was like the contract says 6mts. What a smooth lying company. I trusted the nice guy on the end of the phone. Most of the leads were fake addresses, no phone numbers to call, I received no reply from emails. All they wanted was for me pay more money for additional service. I said NO cancel. So they still won't cancel. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM. They will lie to you. I told them so they record for training purposes, I won't the recording. Oh no we can't give you the recording, only used when we go to court. SEE YOU in COURT! Market Leader is a great tool but as someone using the platform and not knowing the backend, it sometimes requires me to call the helpdesk. Everyone I have spoken to has always been extremely nice and patient and tried to help but one person in particular has shown that they can resolve the issues and understand the platform and integrations/connections better than others. Sometimes the support tries to be helpful but does not actually understand the platform and how to resolve an issue and it wastes a lot of time.
improvements for platform are another story. At this time i'm satisfied but in future can see more capabilities and features that i'd request. Right now I'll say having a few standouts as people to escalate to or bring in for an issue that the customer service support person you get on the phone may not be equipped to resolve would be key. I dont expect anyone to know everything that works in customer support and I certainly understand everyone must start somewhere and learns as they go so instead of just giving up on the issue or passing us on, or saying theyre fixing it and to call back tomorrow, maybe have an escalation person they can have join the call and educate them as well as the customer so everyone does not waste time. I'm sure some of us (customers) are not always explaining the "issue" clearly either so feeling like the customer support person can add another team member to the call without feeling dumb or like they dont know what theyre doing, would be helpful. Sometimes its just asking the right questions to understand the problem or having to deal with the problem once and watching/listening to someone else ask quesoitns and resolve it will benefit everyone. So, I dont think anyone in customer service should ever feel like they need to pretend to know the answer or that they are fixing it. It wastes my time and they dont learn. I'd much rather have someone say, i'm not sure i'm understanding the problem or how to resolve it. Let me add someone else to this call and see if two heads are better than one or call you back with a team member more familiar with this. Yong Son was someone I would certainly say understands the product and how to interact with and communicate with us realtors as customers in an honest and efficient way. The leads are trash. $450 a month for 10 leads. You will receive 4 visitors, not 10, that will look at a total of 2 listings, then fall off the face of the earth. You will then email your account manager, but they will never email you back - EVER. If I did not create my own google ads campaign, which drove more traffic, I would have realized MarketLeader is not worth it.
Also, the website does not let users fine-tune the price range they will search in. If the client's budget is 425K, they will have to search up to 450K, or cut them off at 400K. Clients won't appreciate viewing listings out of their price range, or missing listings that ARE in their price range. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They completely misrepresented what they would do, then stalled, fought me every inch of the way, finally reversed one charge, and I am still fighting them on the other which they debited WITHOUT my authorization after I told them I was canceling, AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO DEBIT MY CARD WHEN I AM NOT ONLY NOT RECEIVING THEIR SERVICE, BUT I HAVE SHUT DOWN THE EMAIL WHICH THEY HAVE FOR ME, AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PAY!!!! I HAVE HAD TO LOCK THE CARD AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO DEBIT IT FOR A SERVICE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IN THREE MONTHS!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to start...
False advertisement, services not rendered, no customer service, fake leads
We're coming up to our 3rd month with them and were promised a dedicated agent with NO CONTACT from him whatsoever. Our initial salesman stopped responding after they charged our account for the first time. Took 8 days for the initial salesman to help get our website up and 2 weeks to get a "lead". All "leads" have been either fake or non-responsive via text, call, voicemail, or email.
We tried to cancel and per the terms and conditions we followed guidelines but were told those terms and conditions did not apply to contract accounts, which we requested a copy of, with no response.
We've attempted to reach out for assistance multiple times and every time we're told something different. "assistance" is merely a link to a webinar which we've completed. Do not sign up and get robbed like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leads were terrible. Not sure what advertising they were using but most of the leads were not even looking to buy real estate. I was told there would be phone numbers. They don't require phone numbers, so most leads did not have them. They offered a special promotion of 10 extra leads a month and a 3 month review with option to cancel. After I signed the contract, they came back with another contract that didn't have those promotions. When I questioned it, the sales person said not to worry, that it I would have the same promotion. In the end, he was lying. It was not the same promotion. I've spent way to much time trying to get out of this contract. They said the contract had me in a 6 month contract. Because I had saved my emails from the sales person, I was able to get out of it. Not one lead actually did anything. It was a total waste of time and money. There are other programs that are much better than this one. The underhanded changing of contracts and then not standing by what was agreed to really raises business ethics questions. Until they get your signature and credit card they are responsive and pretty likable. Then it's downhill after they get your credit card #.

They misrepresent what they can deliver. Overpromise and under-deliver. They lie about QUALITY LEADS. That is just NOT the case. If you complain they say you're not following up correctly. I sell over $8M a year in homes. I know how to follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
