Brian Fogde has done a great job getting me set up and started. I got 8 leads within a few days, several of whom are now active. In addition, I made a mistake in the URL I chose and Brian got it fixed very quickly. They also set up a CRM site that linked right into my realty site so I can access everything in one place. I like the structure of the Market Leader program. The email templates have helped me to stay in contact with my leads and provide them with listings while they are searching for a home to buy. I do not anything about this company. To me if a company is lacking customer service and have no way of helping clients. They do not respond to emails and do not give their names and extensions to clients, that itself means downfall and is very fishy. I will not recommend them to anyone out there. Market Leader was the majority of my business 8-10 years ago and I have had the program for almost 13. It is very user friendly on both sides, the real estate agent and the buyer navigating the program on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont think the website is sticky enough. People don't seem to stay om my site for long. I also don't think some of the real estate market statistics are updated properly from a non-disclosure state like TX. Consequently, the market stats available to the public aren't consistent with what I may observe with regards to sales volume, quantity and statistical data.

The school and community information doesnt, or at least didn't use to show the source and date of the data, which is important to some of my clients.

I also find my website does not get a lot of traffic and yet the stats indicate it does. I dont capture very many leads from the visits.

I have also heard from other companies that they can provide better and more traffic because they dont have the same platform or limitations that Market Leader has.
