What do you like best about Market Leader?

The software appears easy to use which is why we signed up. We also appreciated Thanh's knowledge level and continued communication since our inital conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Market Leader?

I haven't used it yet but was surprised about a potential cost to connect our MLS. I was unaware of this but it may not be the case we have to pay anything, waiting to hear back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Market Leader?

They made a fairly decent website quickly but it wasn't customizable at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The leads that are sent are useless bogus emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Market Leader:

Do not use market leader. You will get people visiting your site but all you will have to contact them are fake email addresses that they give. Its impossible to get leads when you cant actually contact leads. The customer service for market leader is extremely rude and hateful and offer no assistance other then telling you that you signed a contract with them and if you don't pay they will send you to collections. Market leader has been one of the worst business decisions I have ever made and I cant wait until I can finally figure out how to cancel it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Market Leader has created more problems than they have helped me solve. They have stuck me in a contract using bait and switch tactics and haven't been useful or helpful at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Market Leader?

They led me to believe that their LEAD SERVICE would provide phone numbers, but no, they only include email addresses. When I explained the "miscommunication, they didn't care. They said I signed a contract and had to pay every month for 6 months, even though I I'm not getting what I paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just an expense no leads came of it. The CRM is easy to use so if you can just buy the CRM. you’ll do better on FB ads even if you just hit boost. Which is the worst way to Market on FB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
